I agree with a lot of your points Bryan. Green Construction is a big plus for most buyers and it is becoming more and more cost effective.
Jerry – a lot of buyers are thinking long-term when it comes to buying a house which is smart. If you can save a few hundred bucks a month in utility bills, that can add up over a few years.
