Those are some great points to sell a house fast. It’s VERY important to have a Team Captain. If you’re a full time investor, that can be you. If you have a full-time job outside of investing, don’t make the real estate education 101 mistake of NOT getting a project manager. It will be money well spent to have someone that can make sure your team is all on the same page. In most cases, the best option will be to have a general contractor that is responsible for all the work being done at the house.
I’ve thought about doing this, but am a little nervous about it. You probably have to get a real deal to flip a house in this market. Good video, will check back when the next one is posted.
