Dealing with objections is something everyone has to deal with. Our strategy is to brainstorm about potential objections before they happen. One you have them on the table, go through them one by one and figure out how to eliminate them.
Will the potential buyer be turned off by the wall color? Paint it – done.
Will the potential buyer think that the house is too close to the road? Fence it – done
Will the potential buyer balk at the monthly payment? Team up with a good mortgage pro – done.
These are just a few examples (of a HUGE list) of potential buyer objections. If you eliminate these before you put your property out there to sell, you'll find the sale occurs much more quickly.
